Kabaddi Scotland was official formed in 2011 when the Government of Punjab invited a development team from Scotland to complete in the Kabaddi World in Punjab India.

Since the then we have continued to develop and are now part of the European and World Kabaddi scene.

In 2019 Scotland hosted the European Kabaddi Championship in Glasgow the four-day event was hosted at the emirates Arena. Team Scotland claimed third place, Scotland first medal in the fasted growing sport in south Asia.
