Beach kabaddi
Beach Kabaddi is a variant of the popular sport kabaddi played on a sand court, typically 10x6 meters. The game is played with two teams of four players, who are not allowed to wear shoes
Circle kabaddi
Punjabi kabaddi, also called circle style kabaddi, is a contact sport that originated in the Punjab region, in the northern part of the Indian subcontinent.
National Style kabaddi
The game is played with 20-minute halves, with a 5-minute halftime break during which the teams exchange sides. During each raid, a player from the attacking side—known as the "raider"—runs into the opposing team's side of the field and attempts to tag as many of the seven defending players as possible.
